Order Process

  • Placing Orders: To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your desired customizations, and add the items to your cart. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
  • Payment: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Full payment is required before any orders are processed.
  • Order Confirmation: After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately.

Customization

  • Design Upload: You may upload your custom artwork or design for printing. Please ensure the design meets our file requirements (e.g., resolution, format) to guarantee the best print quality. By uploading your artwork, you confirm that you hold the copyright to the designs being used. Lasting Designs will not be held liable for any copyright issues arising from the use of your artwork. Please be aware that any images uploaded without a transparent background will be printed as is, and we will not make any changes to the file. Your adherence to these specifications will help us deliver the highest quality results. If any changes are requested to the images and additional fee will be added to adjust. Please note that we will not make edits or adjustments to images that do not meet our quality standards.
  • Design Approval: Once your design is uploaded, our team will review it and confirm if it meets our print standards. If there are any issues, we will contact you for adjustments before proceeding.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 3-5 business days for production. Please allow additional time for complex designs or high-volume orders.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping; however, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
  • Custom Design Issues: Due to the personalized nature of custom t-shirt orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or not as described.
  • Sizing: Please check our sizing guide before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering one size larger to ensure the best fit.

Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as production may have already started.
